    Most Asked Questions
    I have a deal voucher and cannot redeem it on your site... What could be the problem?

    If you have a deal voucher, you MUST follow the specific instructions that are printed on the voucher.

    You can NOT redeem the voucher supplied by a deal company during our normal checkout process. 

    There is a specific URL web address supplied by the deal company and you are reuqired to visit this in order to select your class and redeem your voucher.

    IMPORTANT:
    You MUST register online to redeem your voucher and by no later than 24 hours prior to the selected class.
    If you simply turn up on the day without having first registered. you may be denied admission to the class

     

     


    I have a voucher for a class but now can not make the date. What can I do?

    If you have made a booking and cannot make the advertised date, please lodge a support ticket and we will exchange your voucher so as you can attend an 18 Module online, Interactive Photography Course at no extra cost to you. 

    In your support ticket please make sure you provide the following details:.

    NAME OF PURCHASER 
    VOUCHER NUMBER
    CITY
    CLASS ORIGINALLY BOOKED

     


    I have a deal voucher and want to book a class

    If you have a deal voucher and you wish to redeem
    the voucher and make your class booking,
    there will be very specific instructions
    written on your voucher.

    You must read your voucher to find the special web address link required. 

    1/  Click on or type this link into your web browser.

    2/  Complete your details, enter the voucher number and select the class date and time you wish to attend.

     

     PLEASE NOTE:  You must complete a registration form to validate your voucher

    Unless your voucher is specifically for 2 people, you MUST complete a separate registration for each voucher. 

     

    YOU CAN NOT JUST TURN UP AT A CLASS WITHOUT PRIOR REGISTRATION -

    PEOPLE WITHOUT PRIOR REGISTRATIONS WILL BE REFUSED ENTRY

     

     


    I can not remember the date and time of the class I registered for

     

    You may login to your booking by visiting:

    photographymasterclass.com.au/update

    Simply login using the email address you registered with and you will be able to confirm or re-select your class from the dropdown list of available dates and times.


    Do I require a professional camera in order to attend the class

    No.  Whilst it is a good idea to bring a camera with you, it is certainly not a requirement.

    It also does not matter what type or brand of camera you have.


    I Can't find the date that I want to book on the registration form

    If your preferred class date and time is not showing,
    this means that the class is full and no longer available.

    You may request to be placed on a wait list for a particular class by lodging a support ticket.

    You will then be notified should a vacancy become available.

    If you've already created a ticket and just need to check the status of that ticket, simply enter the email address you used to create the ticket below and click the button.

  • Click Here to Reset the Header

    You can customize the header by uploading two separate files.

    The background image and goes from the left side to the right side or the screen.

    The header image should contain your companies logo and anything else you wish to put on it. It will lay on top of the background image.

    The header image should be 1138 pixels wide and the same height as the background.
    Anything smaller than 1138 pixels will work as well (It centered across the top.)
