    I have a deal voucher and cannot redeem it on your site... What could be the problem?

    If you have a deal voucher, you MUST follow the specific instructions that are printed on the voucher.

    To redeem, please go to http://photographymasterclass.com.au/redeem.

    Then, follow the instructions to select your class and redeem your voucher by entering the voucher code accurately into the coupon code box at checkout .

    It is a good idea to copy and paste your voucher code to eliminate any errors.

    Should you continue to have difficulties, please open a support ticket and attach copies of your vouchers so as our team can assist you.

    IMPORTANT:
    You MUST register online to redeem your voucher and by no later than 24 hours prior to the selected class.
    If you simply turn up on the day without first having redeemed your voucher and downloaded your ticket, you may be denied admission to the class.

    Furthermore, if you have not registered, we have no way of contacting you with vital information you may require for your class such as changes to time or venue.

     

     


    I have a voucher for a class but now can not make the date. What can I do?

    If you have made a booking and cannot make the advertised date, please lodge a support ticket and we will attempt to exchange your ticket for another class. 

    In your support ticket please make sure you provide the following details:.

    NAME OF PURCHASER 
    VOUCHER NUMBER
    CITY
    CLASS ORIGINALLY BOOKED

    Please note; requests to exchange your ticket will be subject to availability and not guaranteed.


    I have a deal voucher and want to book a class

    If you have a deal voucher and you wish to redeem
    the voucher and make your class booking,
    there may be very specific instructions
    written on your voucher.

    You must visit our website at http://photographymasterclass.com.au/redeem  

    1/  Click on ”BOOK TICKETS”.

    2/  Select the class you wish to attend.

    3/ Complete your details, enter the voucher number/code into the coupon code box at checkout and the full value of your voucher will be deducted from the order total.

     

    PLEASE NOTE:  You must complete the voucher redemption process and download a valid ticket for presentation to the reception at your class

     

    DEAL VOUCHERS AND OR EMAILS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS VALID ENTRY TO YOUR CLASS

    YOU MUST PRESENT A VALID TICKET (either printed or on your phone)

    IF YOU ATTEND A CLASS WITHOUT REDEEMING IT FOR A VALUD TICKET YOU MAY BE REFUSED ENTRY

    FURTHER MORE WITHOUT PRIOR REGISTRATION FOR A TICKET VIA THE PHOTOGRAPHY MASTERCLASS WEBSITE, WE HAVE NO WAY TO CONTACT YOU IN RELATION TO ANY VITAL CLASS INFORMATION SUCH AS CHANGES TO TIMES OR VENUE LOCATION.

    Do I require a professional camera in order to attend the class

    No.  Whilst it is a good idea to bring a camera with you, it is certainly not a requirement.

    It also does not matter what type or brand of camera you have. Many people these days only photography with their mobile phone and this will be covered in your class.


    I can't see the date that I want to book on the website

    If your preferred class date and time is not showing,
    this means that the class is full and no longer available.

    Dates and times published on third party sites like Groupon are subject to change.

    All the latest available class dates are published and updated on the Photography Masterclass website at: http://photographymasterclass.com.au 

    You may request to be placed on a wait list for a particular class by lodging a support ticket.

    You will then be notified should a vacancy become available.

    If you've already created a ticket and just need to check the status of that ticket, simply enter the email address you used to create the ticket below and click the button.

    You can customize the header by uploading two separate files.

    The background image and goes from the left side to the right side or the screen.

    The header image should contain your companies logo and anything else you wish to put on it. It will lay on top of the background image.

    The header image should be 1138 pixels wide and the same height as the background.
    Anything smaller than 1138 pixels will work as well (It centered across the top.)
